How do I activate or reactivate my account?
If your membership with RA has expired or was canceled, you will need to reactivate your membership to gain access to your account once again. To do this, click HERE. In the Account Name field, enter your email address that is associated with the account and your password. If you cannot recall your password, click the Forgot Password link.
A note should appear alerting you that your membership has expired. Click the provided link and you will be taken to a secure page that will allow you enter your credit card details.
Once you complete this step, you will regain access to your account immediately.
