How do I cancel my agency recruiter account?

To cancel/pause your agency recruiter membership, please send an email to support@recruitalliance.com, from the email address associated with your account.  We will process your cancellation request upon receipt, and forward you a confirmation via email. 

We do not refund any portion of account license fees paid for any reason.  If you wish to ensure your account is canceled before your next billing date, email support@recruitalliance.com at least 48 hours before you are due to be billed for the upcoming month.

You may reactivate your account anytime by logging in with your user name and password. You will be prompted to provide payment information to move forward with logging in, and reactivation is immediate.
