Question
I requested an invitation to a job but have not heard back. When will the Client respond?

Answer

Employers post Invitation Only jobs when they need to screen what agency recruiters will work on a requisition or when they need more help.  Therefore, requesting access to an Invitation Only job often leads to an opportunity that you previously did not have access to with an employer.

Though we encourage employers to respond to all requests for invitation, they are not obligated.  About 54% of requests are granted.

Tip: Because gaining access to an Invitation Only job is not guaranteed, initially do not spend time sourcing new candidates.  Look for candidates in your existing database that are qualified and interested.  Be sure to highlight what makes them uniquely qualified for the opening.  Pay attention to 'Must Haves' as well as other listed requirements and summarize these points in your request.
