Each RecruitAlliance account is designed to be used as a record of an individual Agency Recruiter's work. If needed, a Vendor Agency can link together multiple Agency Recruiters to create a Total Recruiter Management solution. Upon request, Agency owners can be provided with a free Owner/Manager Account, that allows them to manage the agencies profile, minority/small business certifications and agency brand image amongst all accounts. Using RA as a Total Recruiter Management solution also allows you to view and monitor your recruiter's activity, the jobs they are working on and the status of the candidates they have submitted to requisitions.
For larger agencies, RA can customize your solution so you can share jobs and conduct splits with other offices - world wide.
